The Waters is a New Urbanism planned community centered around community and family. Under the direction of Town Architect, Stephen A. Mouzon, the community is carefully planned to maximize community life and outdoor spaces. Godwin-Jones, Inc. has been involved in several projects surrounding the Town Square of the initial community at The Waters, Lucas Point.

Courtyard Homes
Adjacent to the Lucas Point community pool, Town Square, Bridge Street Market and the first phase of Live-Work Condominiums, the Courtyard Homes are a perfect blend of personal space and community interaction. Each home features a private courtyard and more public porches and balconies. One small wall connects each unit together as a townhome, but the courtyard, private entry, parking, and other amenities create an atmosphere of a single family garden home.
