The Roj Student Center is comprise of multiple interlocking buildings. While addressing significant deferred maintenance items, the former Decker Center was transformed into a fresh new facility, with a highly integrated architecture and interior design. The renovation also reached into other portions of the complex to tie the various pieces together into a more comprehensive student center. The project’s primary space, the renovated second floor “grill”, opens up the facility to the amazing hillside view that had been hidden from the primary circulation path.
